Maude Bass-Krueger

Maude Bass-Krueger is a historian specializing in 19th and 20th-century dress history and uses of the past. She is working with Caroline van Eck and Alice Thomine on the envois of the École des Beaux-Arts and the transference of Graeco-Roman architectural heritage in modern France. Bass-Krueger is also the co-director of the Seminar on Dress History at the IHTP-CNRS in Paris.
